How to avail of the service
Arrange an appointment in any one of our associated ophthalmologic centres. Once the procedure has been given the go-ahead, you can arrange payment at a set price of € 850 per eye (€ 1,000 in the Canary Islands).
Call 902 499 150 and give the credit card number and expiry date.
DKV will then send authorisation to your e-mail, fax , the centre you have chosen or the DKV branch closest to you. You should bring the authorisation with you to the centre where you will be operated on.
DKV offer its clients a network of associated clinical opticians at special rates and advantageous conditions so that they can enjoy this services.
Interested clients should inform DKV in advance and deposit the corresponding rate for each eye and /or complete process in DKV’s current account.
